JR also manufactures PVC moulds made with Virgin PVC raw material which ensures long lifespan for moulds. Moulds are flexible,strong and easy to demould.JR Rubber Industries is equipped with advanced machines to manufacture bulk quantities of moulds to meet customer requirements.
JR Rubber Industries also manufactures JR Plastic moulds which have a lifespan of 2-3 years. Plastic moulds are strong,rigid and made with virgin polypropylene(PP) raw material.We have production capacity to manufacture bulk quantities of moulds on a daily basis. We are located in Kerala State,India. We have clients pan India and export to 34 countries.
We provide machines like Vibro Forming tables(Vibrating tables),Concrete mixer machines,Conveyor systems and all equipment for paver production. Plastic paver moulds can be demoulded with a demoulding machine.Pavers will have perfect finished edges without any breakages,or production damage.
